GOATA (Greatest of all time actions) is the observation of nature, indigenous people, and durable athletes using slow-motion video. Through these observations, GOATA discovered proper movement patterns and global laws that must be interpreted in order to move through space with ease and pain-free as well. When you move incorrectly you damage your body, you destroy your connective tissue and your joints become weak. When the connective tissue begins to degenerate, the chances of chronic pain or catastrophic injury increase. Our bodies since we were created, contain an innate security system within the central nervous system. As a GOATA athlete, you will train within the security system patterns. This security system focuses on using the path of least resistance, loading and releasing energy, and resting. GOATA has examined the most durable athletes as well as the most vulnerable. The most durable athletes hold a movement pattern that follows nature’s laws while the most vulnerable don’t.
How do I become GOATA?
To work as a GOATA athlete you must first hire a coach. Without hiring a coach you will only be working blindly and not receive full in-depth training or cueing. The first step to beginning your recode is to send in a pre-movement assessment video. The video consists of a few movements that I will then break down in slow motion video to identify the root cause of any areas I see that need to be worked on in order to achieve proper movement patterns. The next step would be to review the video that will be sent back to you to understand what it is we must work on as well as understand what is affecting your body. Now you will begin training using the regimen that will be sent back to you. The regimen will consist of movements that will help eliminate any pain you are experiencing or help you become better in the areas that you are lacking in order to achieve fluid and safe movement patterns.
What can GOATA help with?
Using this system we can help get rid of chronic pain and help you recover from injury. Things like sciatic nerve pain, hip pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, separated shoulders, etc. There isn’t much that can’t be healed through natural movement. Athletes need this work especially to help prevent injury as well as boost athletic performance. Non-contact injuries are a big thing in sports, unfortunately. These injuries occur when there are bad movement patterns in the body. For example, about three-quarters of ACL tears are noncontact. These can be prevented by training in the math and feeding your body good inputs.
